Ikos Resorts is a Greek luxury all-inclusive brand with five hotels currently operating in Greece, all under the Sani/Ikos group. The brand markets itself on the Infinite Lifestyle concept - a premium tier of all-inclusive that includes top-shelf spirits, gourmet dining across multiple restaurants, spa access, and in its higher package tiers, a Dine Out experience at curated local restaurants. All five properties are five-star, beachfront, and built around multiple pools, extensive watersports programmes, and structured children’s facilities where applicable.

Both Halkidiki properties are bookable on Booking.com: check rates at Ikos Olivia or Ikos Oceania, or compare more Halkidiki hotels.

Prices below are approximate per person per night on the Infinite package basis, two adults sharing in peak July–August season. Shoulder rates (May, June, September) typically run 25–40% lower.

Ikos Olivia - Gerakini, Halkidiki

Ikos Olivia sits on the Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki, at Gerakini on the west coast of the second finger. The location offers one of the longest private beach stretches of any Ikos property, with clear, calm water typical of the inner Toroneos Gulf.

The resort has eight restaurants and ten bars. The dining range runs from an Italian trattoria and a Greek taverna to a teppanyaki grill and a Japanese restaurant - all included on the standard Infinite package. The watersports centre operates kayaks, paddleboards, windsurfers, and sailing dinghies at no extra charge. Kids’ club runs in age bands from infants (24 months and up) through a teen programme.

From approximately €280–420 per person per night in July. Best for: families with young children, first-time Ikos guests, those wanting a long beach over dramatic scenery.

Ikos Oceania - Nea Moudania, Halkidiki

Ikos Oceania is the larger of the two Halkidiki properties, located at Nea Moudania at the base of the Kassandra peninsula. It’s the closest Ikos to Thessaloniki Airport (approximately 45 minutes by taxi, around €50–60 each way), which makes it convenient for short-break stays.

The resort has eight dining venues including a beach club restaurant, a Greek seafood taverna, and pan-Asian dining. Pools number five, including an adults-only section. The beach is sandier than Olivia’s and slightly more sheltered. Ikos Oceania has recently expanded its spa with a thalassotherapy circuit.

From approximately €300–450 per person per night in peak season. Best for: those prioritising ease of access from Thessaloniki, large family groups, couples wanting more dining variety.

Ikos Dassia - Dassia, Corfu

Ikos Dassia occupies a beachfront position on the east coast of Corfu, about 14km north of Corfu Town. The Dassia location is one of the more developed stretches of Corfu’s coast - the resort sits within a long beach strip with relatively easy access to Corfu Town (25–30 minutes by taxi, €20–25).

The property opened in 2017 and has eight restaurants, ten bars, and four pools. The Corfu setting changes the dining character - the local restaurant rotation for the Dine Out experience includes recognised Corfu Town addresses, which adds genuine local colour. Families are welcome; kids’ clubs operate on the same Ikos model as the Halkidiki properties.

From approximately €320–500 per person per night in July. Best for: couples and families who want the Ikos experience alongside genuine access to a historic island town.

Ikos Odisia - Kommeno, Corfu

Ikos Odisia is an adults-only property (16+) on the Kommeno peninsula, about 10km from Corfu Town. The Kommeno location is quieter than Dassia - the property occupies a private plot with a more boutique character, smaller room count, and a focus on adult experiences.

Dining is concentrated in fewer but higher-quality venues than the family resorts. The spa is proportionally larger relative to the room count, and the pool layout is designed around privacy. Ikos Odisia is the quietest and most design-led of the five Greek properties.

From approximately €380–550 per person per night in July. Best for: couples on honeymoon or anniversary, adults wanting a quieter alternative to the larger Ikos campuses.

Ikos Aria - Psalidi, Kos

Ikos Aria is the only Ikos property outside Halkidiki and Corfu, sitting on the northeastern coast of Kos near the village of Psalidi, about 4km from Kos Town. The location is flat and sandy - different in character from the forested hills of Halkidiki or the green slopes of Corfu, but with excellent windsurfing conditions and easy access to Kos Town and the island’s Hellenistic-era ruins.

The resort has seven restaurants, multiple pools, and a full watersports centre including windsurfing and sailing tuition. Kos Airport is within 10 minutes of the property. The Dine Out rotation includes restaurants in Kos Town.

From approximately €290–430 per person per night in peak season. Best for: history enthusiasts, windsurfers, those who want an Ikos experience with easy island exploration.

Booking and Practical Notes

All Ikos properties are bookable directly through the Ikos website, through major UK and European tour operators (TUI, Jet2 Holidays, Kuoni), and on Booking.com. Package deals bundling flights and accommodation typically offer better per-night value than hotel-only rates.

The Dine Out experience - dinner at a local restaurant with transfers included - is available on Infinite package tiers at all five properties. Restaurants are pre-selected by Ikos; guests choose from a curated list during the stay. Spa treatments (beyond facility access) cost extra at all properties.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Ikos Resorts all-inclusive include?
Ikos operates what it calls the Infinite Lifestyle concept - a premium all-inclusive that goes beyond the standard. All food and drink is included at every venue throughout the day, including premium international spirits and wines. Most packages also include access to the Ikos Spa facilities and non-motorised watersports. The Infinite package tier adds a curated selection of excursions and the Dine Out experience, which lets guests eat at pre-selected local restaurants with transfers included.
Which Ikos Resort in Greece is best for families?
Ikos Olivia and Ikos Oceania, both on the Halkidiki peninsula, are the most family-oriented Ikos properties. They have dedicated kids' clubs organised by age group from infants upward, teen activity programmes, multiple pools including shallow children's pools, and extensive beach areas. Ikos Dassia on Corfu also accepts families. Ikos Odisia on Corfu is adults-only (16+).
How far in advance should I book Ikos Resorts?
For July and August, book at least five to six months in advance. The Halkidiki properties fill quickly for the school holiday peak. The Dine Out restaurant experience (available on Infinite package tiers) and spa appointments should be reserved as soon as your booking is confirmed - these slots are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. Shoulder season (May, June, September) has better availability and lower rates.
Are Ikos Resorts worth the price?
For travellers who plan to use the resort facilities extensively - multiple restaurants, premium bar, spa, watersports - Ikos typically justifies its premium over standard all-inclusives. The quality of food and drink is consistently above typical all-inclusive norms, and the Dine Out element adds genuine local experience without the management overhead of organising separate restaurant bookings. Budget travellers or those planning extensive island exploration will find they're paying for inclusions they won't use.
